01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the pkjl online gaming platform, accessible at pkjl.app and any associated subdomains or mobile-optimized versions of the site. These Terms are effective from the date you first access the pkjl platform or create a pkjl account, whichever occurs first.

By using pkjl, you represent and warrant that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law;
• You are accessing pkjl voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only;
• You are not accessing pkjl from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• All information you provide to pkjl is accurate, current, and complete.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with pkjl's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and pkjl.

pkjl reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

02 Eligibility & Age Restrictions

To be eligible to register and maintain an active pkjl account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age as required under Philippine law;
• You are a resident of or physically located in the Philippines at the time of play;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of pkjl or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors;
• You are not a close family member (spouse, parent, child, sibling) of any pkjl employee or contractor;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether voluntary or imposed by a regulatory authority;
• You are not accessing pkjl on behalf of any third party or for any commercial purpose.

Age Verification

pkjl conducts age verification as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process during account registration. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine identification document, such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS ID, to confirm your age and identity.

pkjl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, or where there is reasonable suspicion that the account holder is under 21 years of age. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited in full.

03 Account Registration & Security

Each individual may hold only one (1) pkjl account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

Registration Requirements

When registering a pkjl account, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information current and accurate at all times.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkjl login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. pkjl will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

• You must not share your pkjl account credentials with any other person;
• You must notify pkjl immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account;
• pkjl is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials;
• pkjl recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for enhanced security.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on pkjl are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). pkjl supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfer. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at pkjl's discretion.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method;
• Deposits are generally credited to your pkjl account within minutes of successful payment confirmation;
• pkjl does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees;
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 unless otherwise stated;
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability;
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes during business hours;
• Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) banking day;
• pkjl reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal;
• Withdraw als may be delayed or withheld pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

pkjl may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered pkjl players only, subject to age verification and KYC completion;
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the specific promotion terms;
• pkjl reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or cancel a player's bonus entitlement if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms;
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Unused bonus funds that expire will be removed from your account balance without compensation;
• Certain game categories may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Specific contribution rates will be stated in the relevant promotion terms.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the pkjl platform — including live casino, slots, fishing games, bingo, and wheel games — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems provided by licensed third-party game suppliers. Game outcomes are determined independently of pkjl's operational systems.

Return to Player (RTP)

pkjl publishes Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot and RNG-based games in the game lobby. RTP figures represent the theoretical long-term average payout percentage and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Live casino games operate according to the mathematical rules of the respective game (e.g., standard baccarat, blackjack, or roulette rules).

Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, pkjl will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its last valid state. Where this is not possible, the affected round may be voided and any wager placed during the malfunction will be refunded to your account balance. pkjl's decision in such matters is final.

• Malfunction voids all pays and plays;
• pkjl is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's side;
• Disputed game outcomes must be reported to pkjl support within 72 hours of the relevant game session.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkjl platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with pkjl;
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one pkjl account, whether under your own name or any alias;
• Underage Gambling: Accessing or attempting to access pkjl if you are under 21 years of age, or facilitating access by an underage person;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live dealer or multiplayer formats;
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with pkjl games or services;
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or e-wallet provider after depositing funds on pkjl;
• Money Laundering: Using pkjl for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity prohibited under Philippine law, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended);
• Hacking or Interference: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to pkjl's systems, servers, or databases, or interfering with the normal operation of the platform;
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the pkjl platform — including but not limited to the pkjl brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pkjl or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the pkjl platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any pkjl content without prior written consent;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on pkjl content;
• Use pkjl's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation;
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the pkjl platform using automated tools.

Any unauthorized use of pkjl's intellectual property may result in legal action under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

09 Privacy & Data Protection

pkjl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The full details of how pkjl handles your personal information are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

By registering a pkjl account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.

10 Responsible Gaming

pkjl is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players on the platform. We recognize that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

Player Protection Tools

pkjl provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your pkjl account;
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the pkjl platform. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pkjl's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pkjl account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pkjl shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind;
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the pkjl platform;
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials;
• Service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond pkjl's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, or acts of government.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit pkjl's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

pkjl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player;
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Conduct that pkjl reasonably believes is harmful to the platform, other players, or pkjl's reputation;
• Regulatory direction or legal requirement to do so.

Effect of Termination

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. pkjl is not obligated to return funds where the account was closed due to fraudulent activity or breach of these Terms.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your pkjl account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of standard withdrawal procedures.

13 Amendments to These Terms

pkjl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pkjl will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the pkjl platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 above.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at pkjl.app/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the pkjl platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. You may raise a dispute by contacting pkjl's customer support team, who will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a resolution within 14 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines. For matters falling within the regulatory jurisdiction of PAGCOR, the relevant PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures shall apply.
